Minnesota Legislators at Dorothy Day

Community Partners and Legislators visit Dorothy Day Campus

Minnesota Legislators visit Dorothy Day Campus! Members of the Minnesota Senate Capital Investment and Housing and Homelessness Prevention Committees recently held a joint onsite hearing to provide an opportunity for new and returning members to see firsthand the breadth of services that make up the homelessness response and supportive housing system. Following a tour of the campus, these members gathered with community advocates for a roundtable meeting to discuss current priorities in the space of housing and homelessness. We appreciate this opportunity for lawmakers to witness the extent of need firsthand and learn how much partnership and collaboration across all sectors is needed to support individuals in our community. Thank you!
