Locating safe & stable housing for youth 18 to 24-years-old, intensive case management, crisis counseling, support, educational assistance, advocacy.

Additional services include independent living skills training, employment assistance and maintenance. A case manager provides intensive case management, rental assistance, home visits, independent living skills training and educational counseling and referrals.

The Hope Street Permanent Supportive Housing Program assists youth 18 to 24-years-old who are experiencing homelessness in securing permanent housing in the community and becoming self-sufficient.
