What does Catholic Charities do?

We manage over 1,000 residential units for single adults and older youth funded by Housing Support, Long Term Services and Supports, Veterans Vouchers, Public Housing Vouchers, HUD Assistance, and rent.

We are the only permanent supportive housing provider who supplies both property management and individualized case management for most residents.

We run two daytime Opportunity Centers for adults seeking meals, healthcare, hygiene and services.

Our medical respite programs provided 3,500 nights of assisted care for patients discharged from the hospital who would otherwise be homeless.

Our emergency shelter capacity supports 655 single adults, 28 single youth, and 65 children and families.

We are the leading provider of housing for those with alcoholic substance use disorder in the metro area.

15% of our clients are children under the age of 18, totaling nearly 3,000.

Aging and Disability Services supported over 6,000 individuals in FY22, a 9.8% growth over FY21.

Across the agency, divisions are in Year 2 of comprehensive coordinated management plans, with quarterly measure rolling up to the Board of Directors.
