Mental Health

  • Counseling, education and support to individuals, couples and families experiencing distress.
  • Mental health case management, residential treatment, day treatment for children.

Children's Services

  • Early childhood education, programming for children six weeks through 12 years.
  • Emergency shelter, day treatment, residential treatment, school-based counseling.

Early Childhood Care & Education

  • Early childhood education and care, individual education and goal planning.
  • Programming for children six weeks through 12 years, family and parent programming.

Health Care

  • High quality, low cost prenatal health care for pregnant women and teens living in poverty.
  • Acute and preventative care for children and youth experiencing homelessness.

  • Post adoption services will be provided by Lutheran Social Service.

Refugee Services

  • Assistance to refugees referred by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
  • Basic needs, housing, medical attention, school enrollment, cash assistance.

Pregnancy Services

  • Notice: Seton Prenatal Clinic is permanently closed as of August 5, 2016.
  • Seton staff will help you to set up an appointment and transfer your health records to the clinic of your choice.

Other Services

  • Daytime services including meals, showers, internet access, laundry, employment counseling.
  • Connection to medical and mental health care, help with securing affordable housing.

Parenting Services

  • Support and information on positive parenting, assisting parents to be their child’s first and best teacher.
  • Home visiting for parents of children up to age 5 through Hennipen County's Healthy Family Services

Older Adults – People with Disabilities

  • Help with living independently and safely as possible in their communities.
  • Case management to assist elders over the age of 55 in our shelters and housing programs.
