TEMPORARY building entry and parking information for volunteers helping with building readiness at St. Paul Opportunity Center/Dorothy Day Residence

When you arrive:

The temporary building entrance for volunteers is located on Dorothy Day Place Street (the west side of the building) across the street from Higher Ground St. Paul. A staff person will be there to let you in. If the door is locked, please call 612.204.8415.

Parking:

Unfortunately, at this time, we have only metered street and pay ramp parking. We encourage carpooling and/or public transportation whenever possible. Please closely follow the instructions below.

Street Parking – pay stations are located on every street.
Smith Avenue Ramp (145 Smith Ave N St. Paul 55102) – accessed from Smith Avenue.
Municipal Ramp 7A (13 West Exchange Street St. Paul 55101) – accessed only from Exchange Street.
