TEMPORARY building entry and parking information for deliveries & kitchen set up crews at St. Paul Opportunity Center

When you arrive:

The temporary building entrance for volunteer related deliveries and volunteers helping to set up the kitchen is located on 9th Street (the north side of the building) across the street from the St. Joseph’s Hospital parking ramp marked Dock 3 and 4. A staff person will be there to let you in. If the door is locked, please call 612.204.8415.

Parking:

Unfortunately, at this time, we have only metered street and pay ramp parking. We encourage carpooling and/or public transportation whenever possible. Please closely follow the instructions below.

Street Parking – pay stations are located on every street.
Smith Avenue Ramp (145 Smith Ave N St. Paul 55102) – accessed from Smith Avenue.
Municipal Ramp 7A (13 West Exchange Street St. Paul 55101) – accessed only from Exchange Street.
