    Administrative Volunteer

Housing & Emergency Services Volunteer Opportunities

    Employment Services Assistant

  • Assist clients in the computer resource lab with their job searches, including finding job leads, sending resumes and preparing for interviews. Dorothy Day Center, St. Paul and Family Service Center, Maplewood

   Maintenance Assistant

  • Help with general maintenance year-round with a flexible schedule. Spring: Clean up grounds after winter. Summer: Cut grass, tend to gardens and clean grounds. Fall: Rake leaves and cut grass. Winter: Shovel walkways after snow. Family Service Center, Maplewood.

    Shelter Support Assistant

  • Provide assistance to clients, staff and visitors to the Family Service Center in a variety of ways: work with clients one-on-one, assist case managers/advocates with a variety of duties, provide office support, help run children's activities and assist in the computer room.
