Permanent housing for single men and women in need of affordable long-term housing.
Services:
Permanent housing with a community kitchen and private, lockable food storage. Residents have overnight visitor privileges and access to healthcare, job search assistance and case management.
Responsibilities/Fees:
- Clients must qualify for public housing
- Must call every Monday to reaffirm interest
- Security deposit and first month's rent upon admission
- Rent based on income with max of $446 per month
