Housing First
Helps homeless men and women secure housing and connect to supportive services. This program is provided, in part, through an agreement with Hennepin County.
Services:
- Scattered-site housing in the Twin Cities for single men and women
- Follow-up support services to help individuals maintain their housing
- Referrals to community resources
Responsibilities/Fees:
- Must currently be accessing services at a Catholic Charities program
