Case Manager 3 - FT $31,345/yr to $38,555/yr
Summary
- The Family Consultant is responsible for both the direct service component and the management of volunteers and interns in the Caregiver Support Program.
- Requires carrying a client caseload of up to 40 families, for whom he/she must assess the caregiver’s and care recipient’s needs, develop and carry out a service plan based on these needs, including arranging for and monitoring of services. Additionally, the family consultant provides on-going emotional support/counseling and guidance to the caregiver.
- In conjunction with Volunteer Services, this position is responsible for the assessment of volunteer/intern opportunities, interviewing, and training of volunteers. It is also responsible for the on going supervision of up to 45 volunteers/interns ensuring that their contribution to the program is mutually beneficial to clients, program and volunteers/interns.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education Level: M.S.W. or M.A. with 2 years experience in the provision of services to older people and volunteer supervision preferred.
