Summary

• Using existing graphic standards as a platform, develop strategy to preserve and communicate the agency’s brand identity in communications materials.
• Manage all aspects of the creation and production of brochures, displays and other marketing materials, including vendor management and price negotiations, ensuring all projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Manage all aspects of the creation and production of the agency annual report and ensure its timely delivery.
• Oversee the creation of fundraising materials, including solicitation letters, direct mail inserts, brochures and other correspondence.
• Consult with programs/divisions about their communications activities. In conjunction with the communications director, provide expertise in executing strategic communications objectives that are consistent with agency-wide communications plan.

Minimum Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in graphic design or advertising.
• Five years’ experience in creative direction or high-level graphic design. Strong project/vendor and employee management, knowledge of design, consultation and negotiating skills are essential.
• Strong graphic design skills and working knowledge of Apple software and standard design software, familiarity with print processes, demonstrated interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and identify with the mission, goals and objectives of Catholic Charities.

Summary

• Participate in setting annual agency fundraising goal.

Minimum Qualifications

Case Manager 3 - FT

Summary

• The Family Consultant is responsible for both the direct service component and the management of volunteers and interns in the Caregiver Support Program.
• Requires carrying a client caseload of up to 40 families, for whom he/she must assess the caregiver’s and care recipient’s needs, develop and carry out a service plan based on these needs, including arranging for and monitoring of services.
