Advocacy
The mission of Catholic Charities is to serve those most in need, while calling for justice in the community. We encourage our community partners, board members, staff, volunteers and others to join us in the work of advocacy to benefit people in need and create lasting change.
Catholic Charities' Office for Social Justice works with state lawmakers, Catholic parishes and other nonprofit organizations to advocate for the needs of those living in poverty. Visit the Office for Social Justice's Web site at www.osjspm.org.
Catholic Charities' advocacy work is rooted in our mission, core values and in the moral principles of Catholic Social Teaching.
