Permanent Housing for those with severe alcohol use disorder


Glenwood Residence serves chronic alcoholics in Hennepin County who have had repeated admissions to detoxification centers and a history of failure in traditional chemical dependency treatment programs.

This residence offers 80 units of permanent housing for those with severe alcohol substance use disorder, health care screenings, case management and structured goal planning.

Additional services include assistance in responsible living, referrals to mental health services, access to Higher Ground health clinic twice weekly, daily peer services, nurse on-site five hours weekly, computer access, transportation services, medication monitoring, and front desk security.
